SIZE AND DESCRIPTION
Up to 1m tall. A creeping, patch-forming and hairless perennial that spreads rapidly by underground stems. Leaves are fresh green and roughly triangular; lower leaves have long three-angled stalks, upper leaves have broad bases. Flowers are 1â3mm across and white; borne in compact umbrella-shaped heads that are up to 60mm across.

DISTRIBUTION
Found almost everywhere in Europe.
HABITAT
Riverbanks, damp woods, forest edges, gardens and parks in partial shade. Can be invasive in gardens.
